  • Maintain regulatory, provincial, and facility standards in partnership with cross-functional teams

Operational Planning and Execution

  • Partner with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists to set annual goals and turn performance insights into action
  • Drive growth and operational improvement across patient engagement, hygiene production, pricing, and workforce management
  • Lead change, reinforce operating standards through regular clinic visits, and connect clinics with Support Centre programs and resources
  • Support the seamless integration of new clinics with integration and training partners

Financial Performance

  • Own regional P&L performance and coach Clinic Managers on budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and workforce optimization
  • Strengthen cost discipline and bring clear insights to monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

Administrative Partnership

  • Strengthen collaboration between clinics and Support Centre teams while ensuring accountability for core administrative operations, including payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking, and accounts receivable

What You Bring
