Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join a growing iGaming business and take ownership of its social media presence, content strategy and online community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded social media professional who understands how to build engagement, brand awareness and player communities in a fast-paced digital environment.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across relevant platforms
• Create engaging, platform-specific content that drives reach, engagement and brand awareness
  Manage the social media calendar, campaigns and day-to-day publishing
• Develop creative concepts across static, video, reels, stories and other social formats
• Build and manage an engaged online community, responding to comments, questions and player feedback
• Monitor social conversations, trends and competitor activity within the iGaming and sports betting space
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Creative and Operations teams to align social activity with wider commercial campaigns
• Support promotional campaigns, launches, sporting events and key brand initiatives
• Track social media performance and use insights to continuously improve content and engagement
• Monitor and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic and conversions
• Ensure all content adheres to relevant iGaming advertising, responsible gambling and regulatory requirements
  Identify emerging social trends and opportunities to keep the brand relevant and competitive

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in social media management, ideally within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, fintech or another fast-paced digital industry
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and how content performs across each
• Proven ability to develop engaging content and grow online communities
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience creating or managing short-form video and social-first content
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
• Commercially minded with an understanding of how social media contributes to acquisition, engagement and retention
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Understanding of responsible gambling and compliance requirements is highly advantageous
