Workday Reporting Consultant / Analyst (Contract, Remote - LATAM)

Location: Remote (LATAM)
Employment type: Contract

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting professional to design, build, and maintain reports and analytics that support HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. You will work remotely with distributed teams, turning business requirements into accurate, reliable Workday reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports in Workday (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Search reports)
  • Create and manage calculated fields, prompts, filters, and report security
  • Build dashboards and support analytics using Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Report Writer
  • Gather and translate business requirements into reporting specifications
  • Troubleshoot and optimize report performance and data accuracy
  • Support audits, compliance, and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and functional teams on data integrity and reporting standards
  • Document reports, processes, and best practices

Required qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Workday reporting (or HCM/Financials reporting)
  • Advanced expertise in Workday report types and calculated fields
  • Strong knowledge of Workday data sources, business objects, and security domains
  • Experience working in at least one module (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, or Financials)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

  • Workday certification(s)
  • Experience with Prism Analytics, Workday Studio, or integrations
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Previous consulting or contract experience with global clients
