It’s an exciting opportunity for a creative, curious outreach professional who enjoys building relationships, bringing people together, speaking to large audiences, and hosting engaging events. If you know Idaho’s business community and are a natural “connector” of people, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a 100% remote opportunity for someone based in the Boise, Idaho, area.

Essential Responsibilities:

·       Identify engagement opportunities by convening forums, special events, and roundtables for purposes of facilitating shared communication on key issues and connecting with local business and banking leaders.

·       Manage the operation of the branch Board of Directors and build a robust portfolio of contacts to advance potential future Board or council prospects to the local Regional Executive.

·       Provide backup support to the local branch Regional Engagement team as requested; actively participate in the local office and management activities of the Salt Lake City Branch as applicable.

Qualities for Success:

·       Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·       Typically requires twelve or more years of related professional experience, preferably in an external outreach organization.

·       Must reside in the Boise, Idaho area and be willing and able to work as a 100% remote worker.

·       Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% throughout the region as needed.

·       A track record of demonstrated independence, initiative, and influence in the local Idaho region is required.

·       Excellent written, speaking, and presentation skills, and the ability to connect with a range of external parties, particularly at the C-suite level, and audiences across the organization and in the community.

·       Ability to facilitate discussion and understanding of economic issues and monetary policy activities with external contacts.

·       High level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust in a variety of relationships through candor, reliability, and authenticity.
