RPA/Blue Prism Platform Lead | 12738

About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with an established organization to find an RPA Platform Lead (Blue Prism) for their automation team. This is a remote contract running through the end of December 2026, with possible extension.

This person owns the Blue Prism platform, keeps production automations running, and leads the team that supports and builds them. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to turn their automation needs into reliable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Blue Prism platform, including upgrades, patches, configuration, and overall health
  
• Keep the Control Room running as expected, including schedules, sessions, queues, and bot execution
  
• Develop, debug, and enhance Blue Prism processes and objects
  
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for production automations
  
• Troubleshoot incidents, run root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
  
• Lead and mentor RPA developers and support resources, and manage workload and priorities
  
• Manage and prioritize the automation backlog across enhancements, new requests, and break-fix work
  
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver quality automation on time
  
• Build solutions with ABBYY and other intelligent automation tools
  
• Maintain clear technical and operational documentation
  

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on Blue Prism development and administration experience
  
• Experience running the Blue Prism Control Room in production
  
• Experience providing L1, L2, and L3 support for automations
  
• Experience leading an RPA or automation team
  
• Experience managing an automation backlog and business relationships
  
• Working knowledge of ABBYY
  
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Blue Prism certification (Developer or Solution Designer)
  
• Experience with other intelligent automation or document-processing tools
  
• Experience upgrading Blue Prism across environments
  
• Exposure to other RPA platforms
  
• Documentation and runbook ownership in a support environment
  

Technical Environment:

• Blue Prism (development and administration), Control Room
  
• ABBYY and other intelligent automation technologies
  
• Incident and backlog management tooling
