Job Summary

We are seeking a sales leader with a proven record of developing field sales teams and delivering profitable growth. The Regional Sales Manager will lead Territory Sales Managers across Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. This leader will turn company strategy into territory plans, strengthen applicator partnerships, and increase builder adoption of PebbleTec products while holding the team accountable for results. 

Job Location

This is a remote position. This person must reside in either CA or AZ with up to 75% travel

Job Responsibilities 

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Territory Sales Managers
  • Improve prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing skills; address performance gaps with clear expectations and follow-up
  • Translate regional goals into territory and account plans with defined priorities, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Grow sales with existing applicators and develop new applicator opportunities that support regional coverage and profitable growth
  • Partner with applicators to turn builder demand into product sales and communicate PebbleTec’s value beyond price
  • Maintain disciplined Salesforce use and pipeline reviews. Require current account records, qualified opportunities, next steps, and realistic close dates; use data to guide coaching and resource allocation
  • Partner with operations, production, customer service, and product teams to address availability, quality, and service concerns

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success managing a field sales team across multiple territories, with direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and sales results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, including Salesforce; ability to learn and consistently use company sales and ordering tools
  • Preferred experience in pool finishes, swimming pool construction, building materials, or a related industry; familiarity with applicator, builder, contractor, or distributor relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Ability to participate in customer and trade show activities, including extended periods of standing, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage

Compensation

  • Base salary is $120,000 - $130,000, plus commissions on target at $160,000 - $200,000
