The M&A Business Analyst is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and/or business systems.
  • Understand business challenges related to people, processes, and/or technology and translate them into process solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements, design, and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision while working with the business.
  • Understand overall business operations and help develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Perform specialized assignments, solve complex problems, and develop non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking.
  • Interpret internal/external business environments and recommend best practices to improve processes or services.
  • Impact achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives.
  • Communicate difficult concepts to the team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Background in Analyst work.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, with guidance in highly complex situations.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • 2–5 years of M&A experience preferred.
  • Title industry experience highly preferred.
  • Technology background preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $26.89 - $33.56 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
