Role Summary

Lead the technical design, development, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related modules.

This is the technical/development-oriented Oracle role, unlike the three functional roles above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Manage:
    • Planning
    • Technical design
    • Development
    • Testing
    • Deployment
  • Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Design and develop integrations using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Middleware
  • Develop/customize Oracle Fusion solutions using:
    • BI Publisher (BIP)
    • OTBI
    • Fast Formulas
  • Lead data migration/conversion using:
    • FBDI
    • HDL
    • Other Oracle tools
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure coding, security, performance, and scalability best practices.
  • Mentor junior technical consultants/developers.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Support post-go-live activities.
  • Maintain technical design, integration, and customization documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years Oracle applications experience.
  • 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Tech Lead experience on 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • OIC
    • BI Publisher
    • OTBI
    • REST/SOAP
    • FBDI
    • HDL
  • Strong:
    • SQL
    • PL/SQL
    • XML
    • JSON
  • Security setup.
  • Role-based access.
  • Oracle Fusion data security.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring.

Preferred

  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
