Job Title: Program Manager – Supply Chain & WMS

Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Warehouse Management System (WMS) programs. In this role, you will partner directly with executive leadership, client stakeholders, and technical implementation teams to establish governance, guide roadmaps, and ensure flawless deployment of enterprise supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional workstreams across functional, technical, integrations, testing, and change management from kickoff through hypercare.

• Drive complete WMS implementation lifecycles, ensuring alignment with warehouse distribution processes, operational SLAs, and core business objectives.

• Act as the lead interface for executive sponsors and key client stakeholders, delivering milestone visibility, proactive risk mitigation, and steering committee reporting.

• Own program governance, budgets, resource planning, and scope management across complex multi-site rollout environments.

• Mentor and lead solution architects, consultants, and integration leads to maintain delivery excellence and consistent execution standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale WMS implementations, with a strong preference for experience on Blue Yonder (JDA) or Infor WMS platforms.

• Prior background in consulting, professional services, or direct program leadership within major supply chain software vendors (e.g., Blue Yonder, Infor) or specialized supply chain system integrators.

• Deep operational understanding of warehousing, inventory control, labor management, yard management, and enterprise integrations (ERP, TMS, and MHE/automation).

• Demonstrated capability managing multi-million-dollar programs using structured agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and executive presentation capabilities.

• Travelling Required Occassionally when needed to client site
