Enghouse Interactive (EI) are a market leading provider of Customer Experience software.

Our portfolio extends across Cloud Contact Centre, AI, Self Service, Quality and

Performance Management, Email and Knowledge Management, Video Collaboration,

Attendant Console and Outbound Diallers.

The Regional Vice President (RVP), APAC is responsible for driving revenue growth, market

expansion, and strategic customer engagement across Asia-Pacific. This is a player/coach

role, requiring a hands-on leader who can both personally lead and close complex

enterprise deals while building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performance sales

organization.

The RVP will operate at the intersection of cloud transformation, hybrid/on-prem

modernization, and AI-driven CX, positioning Enghouse as a differentiated alternative to

competitors.

Experience of selling SaaS and/or Customer Experience solutions is also a pre-requisite.

Role Objective: Lead and manage the sales team to deliver the required sales bookings

Role Objective: Lead and manage the sales team to deliver the required sales bookings

Reporting to the VP Americas and APAC

  • Own and deliver APAC revenue growth by directly leading and closing strategic enterprise CX deals while maintaining disciplined pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Act as a true player/coach, personally engaging in high-value opportunities while building, coaching, and holding the regional sales team accountable to execution rigor
  • Drive market expansion and competitive positioning against global and local
  • competitors by leveraging Enghouse’s hybrid, AI, and deployment flexibility advantages
  • Scale a repeatable APAC go-to-market model across direct and partner channels, aligned to regional nuances (mature vs growth markets, data sovereignty, and vertical requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Ownership & Direct Selling (Player)

  • Own and deliver APAC bookings, ARR growth, and pipeline coverage targets
  • Personally lead strategic enterprise deals (top 10–20 accounts), including:

o C-level engagement

o Complex deal structuring (multi-product, hybrid deployments, partner-led)

  •  Drive pipeline creation discipline

o Pipeline coverage and strong qualification rigor (MEDDIC)

2. Team Leadership & Coaching (Coach)

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-caliber APAC sales team
  • Instill sales process discipline
  • Coach reps on:

o Enterprise discovery (business problem vs feature selling)

o Multi-threading and executive access

o Competitive positioning vs incumbents

3. Go-to-Market Strategy (APAC-Specific)

  • Define and execute regional strategy across the mature and growth markets 
  • Build vertical specific strategies for the regions

4. Partner & Channel Leadership

  • Drive revenue through partner and reseller ecosystem 
  • Define clear partner operating model: 

o Referral vs resale vs implementation ownership

5. Market Positioning & Competitive Strategy

  • Establish Enghouse as a credible alternative to competitors 
  • Lead competitive strategy against competitor narratives 
  • Position differentiated messaging 

6. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with: 

o Solutions Engineering o Product (roadmap feedback from APAC)

o Marketing (regional demand generation)

  • Ensure alignment across: o Sales → Delivery → Support → Renewal lifecycle 
  • Provide a detailed and comprehensive quarterly written report to be used to update the senior executive team and Enghouse board members

Skills & Experience:

1. 5–10+ years in enterprise B2B software sales leadership

2. Preferred experience in:

· SaaS and/or Contact centre / CX / CCaaS / UCaaS

· Hybrid or on-prem to cloud migration environments

Leadership Profile

· True player/coach:

o Comfortable carrying a personal quota component

o Actively engaged in deals, not just managing forecasts

· Strong operator:

o Forecast accuracy within ±5–10%

o Pipeline discipline and inspection rigor

· Executive presence:

o Credibility with CIO, COO, CX leaders

Mobility Requirements:

· Able to travel up to 50% of the time based on business requirements
