Sensormatic Solutions helps retail organizations improve inventory visibility and reduce shrink with RFID-enabled solutions. This role focuses on developing new business across North America with senior stakeholders in Information Technology, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Supply Chain.

What you will do

We are looking for a consultative B2B sales professional to drive new logo growth for RFID-driven inventory accuracy and loss prevention solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted executive relationships, and partner with customers to shape tailored solutions that create measurable retail outcomes. This is a remote U.S. role with approximately 30% travel across North America and requires reasonable access to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with high-revenue potential retail customers.

Engage senior decision-makers to present and position RFID-based solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Partner with customers to design and deliver customized business solutions.

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and expansion.

Qualify opportunities, advance pipeline, and support demand generation with clear value messaging.

Differentiate Sensormatic Solutions through strong competitive positioning and customer-focused solution selling.


How You Will Do It

  • Own the outcome by qualifying opportunities carefully, moving them forward with discipline, and keeping clear accountability from first contact through close.
  • Stay close to the work by listening closely to customer priorities, removing obstacles, and focusing on the business results that matter most to each account.
  • Improve every day by using market feedback, competitive insight, and candid problem-solving to sharpen your approach and strengthen your pipeline.
  • Win as one team by working closely with sales, marketing, and internal solution partners to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Lead strategic outreach that translates RFID capabilities into measurable inventory accuracy and shrink reduction outcomes.
  • Present the full portfolio of digital and RFID-based solutions with confidence, clarity, and relevance to each customer’s environment.
  • Build executive-level credibility with stakeholders across IT, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop customer-facing materials and messaging that help position the value of Sensormatic Solutions in a competitive market.
  • Align your activity with changing customer needs, retail trends, and emerging technologies to maximize impact.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including selling software, technology, RFID tags and labels, or inventory visibility RFID solutions.
  • Proven track record of winning new logo customers.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a remote territory and traveling approximately 30% across North America.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and guide customers through a full sales cycle.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into the retail vertical.
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders in Information Technology, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience positioning digital and RFID-based solutions in consultative sales cycles.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $77,000 - $112,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
