Position Details:
Client: Healthcare Client
Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Data Modeler Lead
Location: Remote

We have an immediate requirement for SAP S/4HANA Data Modeler Lead (Retail Finance & Accounting).

Core Skills: SAP HANA 2.0, Calculation Views, SQL Script, Stored Procedures, Table Functions, HANA Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, Retail Finance, Accounting & Analytics.

Experience Range: 10+ years

Job Description:
  1. Extensive experience in troubleshooting of complex SAP HANA Graphical and Scripted Calculation Views, including advanced data modeling, performance optimization, and manual modification of Calculation View XML source files
  2. Extensive hands-on experience developing and tuning high-performance Stored Procedures, Table Functions, and advanced SQLScript, implementing complex retail finance, accounting, inventory, and margin calculations
  3. Own the complete lifecycle of critical HANA data solutions — from requirements analysis and development through testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support — ensuring high availability and SLA adherence for store sales, margin, and financial reporting
  4. Design and architect scalable end-to-end HANA data models and analytical solutions for consumption through Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other enterprise reporting platforms.
  5. Strong understanding of retail finance and accounting processes, including store sales, margin, inventory valuation, rebates, and financial reporting, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical data models
  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, reporting teams, and offshore/onshore development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure delivery for HANA initiatives
  7. Good to have experience in migrating SAP HANA data model and data to GCP BigQuery platform
