Job Summary
The Supervisor, Sales Performance & Policy (SP&P) Governance is responsible for overseeing the administration of the Sales Performance & Policy appeals process, ensuring consistent application of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) policies, business rules, and governance standards. This role leads the review and resolution of sales compensation appeals, provides strategic guidance on policy interpretation, and ensures decisions align with established policies, business objectives, and historical precedent.
The position also oversees governance initiatives, compliance audits, policy management, data analysis, and training programs that support the integrity and effectiveness of sales compensation programs. As a subject matter expert, this role is also responsible for updating and maintaining all sales compensation policy and related documents.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $68,172/year in our lowest geographic market up to $145,068/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
