ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 5–10 years of overall ServiceNow experience and strong hands-on expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have experience developing and implementing HRSD solutions, configuring HR services and workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

  • Work extensively on HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events.

  • Configure and customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and HR services.

  • Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

  • Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

  • Configure HR processes based on business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRSD applications and integrations.

  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

  • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable HRSD solutions.

  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and upgrade-safe customization principles.

Required Skills

  • 5–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • HR Case Management

    • Employee Center

    • Lifecycle Events

    • HR Services

    • Service Catalog

    • Flow Designer

    • IntegrationHub

  • Strong development experience with JavaScript.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

  • Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations.

  • Ability to independently handle development tasks from requirements through deployment.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

  • HRSD certification/implementation experience will be an added advantage.

  • Experience working on end-to-end HRSD implementations.

  • Experience with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus.
