Job Description:

Salary: $75,150.40 to $110,208.80

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.


As a Donor Recruitment Training Manager, your impact is vital. You will lead training and enablement programs that support the Donor Recruitment function across the enterprise. In this role, you will drive learning strategies, onboarding, operational readiness, and performance development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and support consistent execution. Partnering with field and organizational leaders, you will help improve employee performance, donor recruitment effectiveness, and operational results.

Under limited direction, you will lead the strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that support the Donor Recruitment function. The ideal candidate brings experience in learning and development, sales enablement, and change management, along with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Success in this role requires building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and delivering learning solutions that drive performance and results.

As a Donor Recruitment Training Manager you will:


  • Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
  • Brings compliance issues to the attention of management
  • Develops donor recruitment training for the enterprise, including the facilitation and deployment of new hire training within the donor recruitment function. Leads and supports training initiatives for blood drive coordinators.
  • Maintains and facilitates standardized job training (SJT), ongoing training and competency verification for donor recruitment colleagues at all levels within the organization.
  • Oversees the delivery of training curricula, establishing program goals and performance measures. Prepares for and addresses varied learning styles and accommodates a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on donor recruitment (DR) systems and processes. Facilitates training of those systems ensuring competency among users.
  • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs. Communicates outcomes with donor recruitment leadership and identifies additional opportunities.
  • Implements, changes and improvements as needed.
  • Partners with Donor Recruitment leadership and field teams to drive consistent implementation, adoption, and sustainment of training programs, operational updates, and best practices across all regions. Translates business initiatives and process changes into effective learning, communication, and operational readiness solutions that support successful field execution.
  • Leads the learning and readiness components of organizational change initiatives by integrating training and communication strategies into operational rollouts, technology implementations, process enhancements, and business transformations to ensure workforce readiness and successful adoption.
  • Develops and executes strategic learning and capability-building plans that align donor recruitment training initiatives with organizational objectives, workforce needs, and operational priorities.
  • Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in training, learning and development, donor recruitment, sales enablement, or a related field required.
  • To include:

  One year developing and conducting training programs required.

   Two years supervisory experience preferred.
