Company Description

Join mlcoa in a varied national role combining marketing, events, digital content and customer support.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Customer & Marketing Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time secondment.

Working closely with our customer-facing management team and the wider. Marketing Communications team, you’ll help bring our marketing and customer engagement initiatives to life. From social media and digital campaigns to webinars, events and customer communications, no two days will look quite the same.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating, scheduling and coordinating marketing communications and campaigns
  • Managing mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitoring performance
  • Supporting website content and updates
  • Developing marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, brochures and infographics
  • Coordinating conferences, sponsorships and educational events
  • Supporting our national webinar program from promotion through to delivery
  • Producing EDM communications and other customer-facing content
  • Keeping marketing activities and calendars organised and on track
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth
  • Providing responsive customer support and managing enquiries through the national inbox

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing, communications or coordination role
  • Experience creating EDM communications using platforms such as HubSpot
  • Strong Microsoft skills, with Adobe experience highly regarded
  • A good eye for design and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Marketing qualifications and/or knowledge of IME or medico-legal services would be highly regarded
