  • Generate leads through outbound email, phone, social selling, networking, referrals, events, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing business needs, timing, budget, decision-making authority, and fit with BARE’s services.
  • Meet activity and pipeline-development goals established with Business Development leadership.

Individual Lead Development & Full Sales Cycle

  • Generate, source, qualify, and develop an individual portfolio of assigned leads and opportunities.
  • Manage assigned opportunities through the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, solution alignment, proposal development, follow-up, negotiation support, closing, and internal handoff.
  • Conduct introductory and discovery conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, stakeholders, budget, timing, and purchasing process.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Business Development leadership to develop accurate, compelling proposals, presentations, scopes, and cost estimates for the incumbent’s opportunities.
  • Present solutions and proposals at an appropriate level, respond to questions, address routine objections, and maintain momentum toward a decision.
  • Support pricing and contract discussions within approved parameters, close assigned opportunities, and coordinate a complete handoff to the delivery team.                          Business Development Leadership Support & Administration

  • Provide responsive day-to-day administrative and sales support to the President, Global Business Development Manager, General Manager and other Business Development leaders.
  • Prepare and format presentations, proposals, cost estimates, briefing materials, reports, correspondence, agendas, and meeting notes for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate calendars, prospect and client meetings, conferences, travel-related details, internal planning sessions, and follow-up actions for Business Development leadership as requested.
  • Conduct prospect, account, industry, and market research to support leadership-led pursuits and identify opportunities for outreach.
  • Assist with leadership-managed opportunities by organizing documentation, coordinating inputs from internal teams, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain shared Business Development files, templates, contact lists, mailing lists, pipeline reports, and other team resources in an accurate and accessible manner.
  • Compile routine activity, pipeline, proposal, and performance information for leadership review and assist with special projects and other administrative priorities as assigned.

Database & Systems Management

  • Maintain timely, accurate records of prospects, activities, opportunities, next steps, and forecasts in BARE’s CRM and related business development tools.
  • Monitor the assigned pipeline, follow up consistently, and provide clear status updates, risks, and anticipated close dates to Business Development leadership.
  • Use available data and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve prospect research, outreach preparation, and sales productivity.

Communication, Coordination & Follow-Through

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales and general Business Development inquiries and route or follow up on requests appropriately.
