Job description

Pay: Negotiable (Looking for candidates in LATAM, EU or Philippines mainly worked with US market)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist / Client Acquisition Specialist to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new client relationships in the US staffing industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and acquire new clients in the US staffing industry
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline growth, and conversion rates
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiting, operations, and finance, to ensure successful execution of client projects
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (prefer)
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the US staffing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and data to drive business decisions
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the US staffing industry, including staffing models, customer needs, and industry trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 
  • Have worked on using preferably (DocuSign, Zoominfo, Apollo, Bombora, Crunchbase, and other tools for lead generation)
  • Can oversee automation and sequencing tools
  • Highly Tech Savy and knows how to plug and play!
