Branch Manager, Townsville

Lead. Grow. Make it happen.

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take the reins of our Townsville Intermodal & Specialised operation.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to lead people, grow the business, strengthen customer relationships and drive branch performance.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing operational team.
• Own safety, service, people and financial performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Manage labour, fleet, equipment and resources effectively.
• Set the standard for performance, accountability and culture.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to grow the Townsville operation.
• Represent TGE Freight across the North Queensland market.

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading a transport, logistics or operational team.
• Strong people leadership and commercial nous.
• A customer-first mindset and a focus on getting results.
• Solid understanding of safety, WHS and transport compliance.
• The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and hold people accountable.
• A practical, hands-on approach and plenty of drive.
