Job description

About Frontier

Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully-remote, 380-person company that has most of our team in India and the Philippines. A few years ago Fresh Prints started helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we decided to spin out a new company to focus exclusively on that and call it Frontier.

Here at Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people, and we place them in the best companies. We have placed over 800 hires across 50 different US-based startups and high-growth companies.

About the Client:

LeafLink is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales org. In this role, you will serve as the backend data engine for our Account Executives—focusing on lead data organization, contact enrichment, sequence preparation, and lead quality verification. This position does not involve direct prospect calling; instead, you will focus on building clean outreach infrastructure and optimizing sales data workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Data Hygiene & Organization: Clean, structure, and categorize prospect lists within Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure high data accuracy for AEs.
  • Sequence Preparation & Staging: Build, format, and stage email outreach sequences in tools like SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Prospect Research & Enrichment: Conduct research to identify decision-makers across licensed cannabis operators and enrich contact details (emails, direct lines, software stack).
  • Lead Quality Review: Audit incoming lead lists against qualification criteria before handing them off to internal sales reps.
  • AE Support & Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to organize target account lists and track sequence performance metrics.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR support, Sales Operations, or Lead Generation role within SaaS, fintech, or data-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha).
  • High analytical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail when managing large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate LeafLink’s product offerings and value propositions.
  • Self-starter with a passion for the cannabis industry and an understanding of its unique challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in banking or financial services for cannabis businesses is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation of $700 to $900 per month depending on the level of experience.
  • Learning opportunities.
  • Working in a great culture dedicated to building a business together.

Additional Details

  • 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (US).
  • Only for candidates based in India.
