  • 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or technology delivery
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms and DevSecOps

Preferred:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize complex information into clear, structured outputs
  • Foundational experience with data analysis concepts (metrics, trends, KPIs)
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Basic familiarity with observability or monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana)
  • Exposure to data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., dashboards, SQL, reporting, or visualization tools)
  • Interest in security, compliance, or policy-driven technology solutions

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:

Requirements Analysis & Intake:
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders across engineering, security, and application teams

  • Identify gaps, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure a complete understanding of needs
  • Build data insights (usage trends, adoption patterns, operational metrics) to validate and shape requirements

Backlog Refinement & Documentation:
  • Decompose requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts
  • Ensure work is fully defined, feasible, and aligned to platform standards before entering development
  • Maintain backlog quality and documentation in collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Work closely with the Technical Product Owner to define and track KPIs supporting the platform and overall business strategy

Data-Driven Prioritization & Observability Insights:
  • Analyze platform usage, operational metrics, and performance data to inform prioritization decisions
  • Leverage observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace dashboards, logs, metrics, traces) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Use insights such as performance and adoption signals to refine requirements and validate business value
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting needs that improve visibility into platform health and user impact

Prioritization & Planning Support:
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of work based on business value, risk, and effort
  • Partner with the Technical Product Owner to prepare backlog items for planning and sprint execution
  • Help organize demand into structured, comparable units to support roadmap decisions
