Data warehouse fundamentals: dimensional modeling, fact/dim design, SCDs, layered architecture (staging to conformed to curated)
Data quality mindset: validation checks, reconciliation queries, monitoring
Version control and code review experience
P&C Insurance knowledge and/or experience REQUIRED!
ETL tools are nice to have!
