Job description

Navanta empowers community banks and our people to thrive – together. We are a growing company of passionate, talented and driven individuals who care deeply for one another and our customers. As part of a diverse and skilled Customer Success Solutions team, you will be tasked with providing existing client support, new client deployment and configuration, and general product development as directed. You will work directly with our Navanta financial institutions. You’ll answer questions via phone and email for support issues. This position works under the leadership of the Senior Director of CRM Product Delivery and in collaboration with other teammates across the company.

  • Advanced skills with C#, SQL, .NET framework, XML, SSMS, JavaScript, MVC, JSON, and Visual Studio
  • Advanced skills with ETL
  • Advanced skills with IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server
  • Proficient with API infrastructure, development, and support
  • Proficient with managing mobile apps on Apple and Google Play stores and supporting client implementations (currently development is done through Flutter SDK)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues with the Web/Desktop/Web Services using browser developer tools and SQL Profiler
  • Debug source code
  • Perform testing of all support, deployment, and upgrade changes
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex problems and escalate as needed
  • Configure new client onboarding and deployment for web and desktop applications, web services, windows services, ETL processes, Outlook Add ins, APIs, and mobile applications.
  • Build and deploy upgrades
  • Test and deploy new software and procedures, installations, conversions and upgrade activities
  • Follow procedures and policies
  • Look for and provide efficiencies for process improvement
  • Assists with technical and professional skill training for CRM Solutions Engineer role
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • Technical degree in related field or equivalent experience is required
  • 5+ years software support and development experience desired with required technical skills
  • Previous experience with work organization tools like Jira or similar
  • Previous experience at a financial institution or fintech is a plus
