As our Senior Manager of Client Experience, you will serve as a trusted advisor and reliable advocate for clients, overseeing the client experience throughout the full revenue cycle, ensuring optimal financial outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. As an industry expert, this role serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients, driving strategic initiatives to enhance revenue performance, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Every day you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—such as billing, coding, operations, and technology—to align solutions with client goals. The Senior Manager will offer strategic guidance, support clients in maximizing revenue collection, reducing costs, and improving the overall financial health and performance of the account. 


To thrive in the role, you will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a client-focused mindset, and deep knowledge of revenue cycle management industry and processes, including patient access, billing, coding, collections, and compliance.


Here’s what you will expect:


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to deliver exceptional client experience. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Works cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and accountability driving client satisfaction related to revenue cycle management.
  • Ensures mutual understanding of client key performance indicator goals, objectives and action plans related to client’s business strategy and financial health 
  • Address client concerns promptly and works proactively to prevent potential issues. 
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to our clients through written and verbal communication and presentations including to C-suite 
  • Reporting and advanced analytics on several KPIs and data points to ensure client satisfaction and support are at or above target 

Required Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • 7+ years of experience in client success services, revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting with healthcare clients 
  • Physician billing experience in specialty groups preferred; radiology, surgical, primary care, and/or others. 
  • Strong knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, claims management 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  
  • Advanced computer skills including knowledge of patient accounting systems, analytic tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong track record in managing multiple clients and priorities effectively. 
  • Proven ability to lead executive level presentations including preparing slide decks and presenting on KPIs 
  • Advanced data analysis skills and Excel experience creating pivot tables, workbooks, formula calculations 
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer requirements. 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $113,520.00 - $181,244.55 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
