Erste Anlaufstelle für Fragen unserer Creator (WhatsApp, Mail, Gruppenchats)
Anfragen beantworten, einordnen und bei Bedarf an die nächste Stelle weitergeben
Selbstständiges Lösen von komplexeren Supportanfragen
Offene Fälle sauber dokumentieren, damit nichts liegen bleibt
ggf. Erstellen von Präsentationen & Reports
