Salesforce Business Analyst – P&C Insurance
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong P&C insurance domain expertise to lead BA activities, advise client stakeholders, shape Salesforce solutions, and support account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Manage backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile delivery activities.
- Partner with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners to ensure solution alignment.
- Support UAT, defect management, go-live, and hypercare.
- Provide P&C insurance expertise across policy, underwriting, claims, billing, distribution, and customer service.
- Recommend Salesforce-native/configuration-first solutions and identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Build relationships with business and technology leaders and identify opportunities for process improvement and account growth.
- Support PreSales, solutioning, estimates, and SOW development.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of BA/Consulting experience with 8+ years in Salesforce implementations.
- 4+ years of P&C insurance experience, preferably Personal Lines/Homeowners.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud/Insurance.
- Experience conducting requirements workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe and Jira experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Agentforce.
- Experience with Digital Insurance/FSC, Guidewire/Duck Creek integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics.
- PreSales, solutioning, or account-growth experience in a consulting environment.
