Partnering with a broad range of stakeholders across technology, marketing, operations, legal, compliance and government, you will drive product initiatives from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, shape customer value propositions and contribute to the growth and success of a diverse product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse customer needs, market trends and market opportunities to identify and deliver products that create customer and commercial value.
• Develop business cases and product value propositions supported by stakeholder engagement, industry insights and data analysis.
• Partner with business, technology and UX teams to define customer personas, product requirements and user experiences that support successful product delivery.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office and cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives within agreed timelines, budgets and scope.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, to secure approvals and support the delivery of new products and enhancements.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans in partnership with sales, marketing, communications and operational teams.
• Support the successful development, testing, release and adoption of products through close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to optimise revenue, growth and customer outcomes through market and portfolio analysis.
• Manage product financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, reporting and the development of strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

About you
You are a customer-focused and commercially minded Product Manager with experience delivering digital products from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation. You combine strong product strategy, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen with a genuine sense of customer empathy, enabling you to understand customer needs and create solutions that deliver meaningful value.

Adaptable and agile in your approach, you thrive in dynamic environments, work effectively across different product domains, and use data-driven thinking to balance customer outcomes with business objectives.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience managing the full digital product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap development, delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Can identify customer needs and market opportunities, translating insights into products and services that deliver measurable value.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently, tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use a data-driven approach to analyse information, solve complex problems and make informed product decisions.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring product initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships across business, government and industry stakeholders to support successful product outcomes.
• Enjoy working in dynamic and evolving environments, ideally with exposure to transformation, regulatory or highly ambiguous settings.
