Job Title: CSR Billing Representative

About the Client: Our client is a U.S.-based payment technology company that helps healthcare providers offer flexible payment solutions to their customers. Its platform supports billing, payment plans, account management, and payment follow-up.

Overview: We're looking for a CSR Billing Representative to assist customers with billing, payments, and account concerns. This role involves handling high-volume customer interactions, following up on overdue accounts, assisting with payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate account records. The ideal candidate has strong B2C collections experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.

• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.

• Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.

• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.

• Sort and file correspondence, and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering
  correspondence and writing reports.

• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial
  situations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of B2C collections experience in a BPO environment.

• Can handle high volume of calls

• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required

• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Word.

• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.

• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently
  and with a sense of urgency.

• Having telco mobility experience is a plus.

Schedule: Night Shift (US Hours)

Setup: Remote / WFH
