The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. Responsibilities : Essential Job Functions: - Occasionally Perform and/or oversee office relocations and closures across the HearingLife platform throughout the country. - Work with external vendors (Plumbers, HVAC, Electricians, Locksmiths, Roofers, Handymen, Landscapers, etc..) to ensure all office issues are serviced, repaired and maintained in a timely manner. - Partner with our internal Real Estate Department to resolve any insurance claims. - Oversee all remediation to completion for insurance claims. - Review and approve orders for services rendered. - Occasionally Move sound booths across the HearingLife platform. (travel is required) - Occasionally Break down sound booths in one location and transfer to requested destination when applicable (travel is required). - Job description is not intended to include an inclusive list of responsibilities.  Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.   Experience and Key Competencies: - Must have a strong Customer Service mindset - Must be familiar with RFP Bidding Processes - Must have good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task and work independently - Ability to react and problem solve quickly - Ability to understand and effectively communication company policies and SOPs - Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and/or CAD - Proven experience as project manager - In-depth understanding of procedures and material and project management principles - Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA, health and safety standards - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A team player with leadership abilities - 5+ years project management is a must Qualifications: - Associate degree preferred or Associate degree, or minimum of three years of Operational Management experience. - Must have Project Management experience. - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. - Must have experience with managing multiple vendors simultaneously. - Must be familiar with the workings off and the management of a work request ticketing system. - Good Interpersonal Skills - Results Driven - Customer Focused - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills - Multi-tasking skills - Prioritization Skills   Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct reports.   Travel: May require travel up to 10% throughout the market.   Target Salary: 70-75k  Work Location:  Open to Remote       We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.       #HearingLife_US #LI-WJ1
