Mit innovativen Produkten, einer starken Community und Präsenz im Online-Shop sowie bei führenden Retail-Partnern bringen wir Studio-Qualität direkt nach Hause, einfach, schnell und stilvoll.   Und genau hier kommst DU ins Spiel.   Als Senior FP&A Manager / Controller (m/w/d) steuerst du unsere integrierte Finanzplanung, baust unsere Business Intelligence (BI) weiter auf und verwandelst komplexe Datenströme in glasklare, strategische Insights für das Management.
Deine Rolle & dein Impact ⚡️

Als Senior FP&A Manager / Controller (m/w/d) steuerst du unsere Finanzplanung, baust unsere Business Intelligence (BI) auf und lieferst datenbasierte Insights für das Management. Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen Marketing, E-Commerce und Supply Chain Management (SCM) zusammen, um Kennzahlen zu analysieren, Budgets zu steuern und zukunftssichere Forecasts für unsere 3 Entities (Deutschland, Zypern LTD, USA Inc.) zu erstellen.


Deine zentralen Aufgaben 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Integrierten Finanzplanung (P&L, Cashflow, Bilanz) sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Abweichungsanalysen.

    • Management Reporting & BI

  • Aufbau und Betreuung unserer BI-Landschaft. Aufbereitung finanzieller und operativer Kennzahlen für die Geschäftsführung.

    • Cross-Functional Analytics

  • Schnittstelle zu Marketing (CAC, ROAS, CLV) und SCM (Lagerreichweiten, Logistikkosten, Deckungsbeiträge), um Marge und Prozesse datenbasiert zu optimieren.

    • Systems & Data Automation

  • Automatisierung von Datenströmen und Berichten auf Basis von Oracle NetSuite, Google Sheets und relationalen Datenbanken.


    • Das bringst du mit 🤝

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, FP&A oder Business Intelligence in einem E-Commerce-, D2C- oder Retail-Scale-up.

  • Tech & Data Stack: Fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken. Expert:in in Google Sheets sowie Erfahrung mit modernen BI-Tools. Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Oracle NetSuite) ist ein Plus.

  • Business-Verständnis: Tiefes Verständnis für E-Commerce-KPIs, Marketing-Effizienz und Working-Capital-Steuerung.

  • AI-Automations: Erfahrung in AI-Automations / Agentic Workflows im Finance

  • Arbeitsweise: Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Hands-on-Mentalität bei der Arbeit mit Rohdaten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzergebnisse verständlich zu vermitteln.

  • Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
