Project Resource Lead – Senior

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Project Resource Lead / Senior Network Technical Lead to support network project delivery within a large enterprise healthcare technology environment.

The successful candidate will lead a network project delivery team, provide technical direction, oversee network engineers, and work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and network leadership to deliver enterprise network solutions.

This is a senior technical network leadership position requiring strong experience in enterprise network design, Cisco technologies, technical project delivery, team leadership, and mission-critical production environments.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the network project delivery team responsible for enterprise network projects.
  
• Work with project teams and network leadership to coordinate technical project delivery.
  
• Translate high-level network designs into detailed, deployable technical solutions.
  
• Lead technical network discussions with business stakeholders and develop appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  
• Provide technical direction and guidance to network engineers.
  
• Oversee engineers responsible for network installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance.
  
• Review and maintain network architecture, drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
  
• Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support equipment procurement.
  
• Lead network capacity management activities.
  
• Assess project resource requirements, capacity constraints, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and network leadership.
  
• Ensure network project deliverables meet technical, operational, and organizational requirements.
  
• Support multiple network projects in a mission-critical enterprise environment.
  

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in network engineering, design, deployment, and technical leadership.
  
• Proven experience managing or leading enterprise Network teams.
  
• Extensive experience developing and implementing enterprise network designs.
  
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco networking equipment and technologies, or equivalent enterprise networking experience.
  
• CCNP or equivalent certification.
  
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise networks in mission-critical, 24×7 production environments.
  
• Strong experience with network documentation, network drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
  
• Experience preparing or managing Bill of Materials (BOM) for network equipment procurement.
  
• Experience with network capacity planning and resource management.
  
• Strong project delivery and technical leadership experience.
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
