What Makes This Role Different

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex cyber claims involving multiple coverage triggers (e.g., system damage, liability, data compromise, litigation)
• Interpret and apply policy language and contract language to determine accurate coverage decisions
• Investigate claims, assess facts, and evaluate causation and loss scenarios
• Draft detailed, well-supported coverage letters explaining decisions clearly and professionally
• Communicate with insureds and stakeholders in difficult, high-stakes situations with empathy and clarity
• Manage a portfolio of claims while balancing quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience while upholding claims standards

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma is required. College degree is preferred.
• 1+ year experience in customer facing, financial, or service oriented position.
• 2+ years experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry and/or as a Claims Adjuster is a plus.
• Adjuster licenses as required by state.

The base salary range anticipated for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay.  In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

The salary estimate is adjusted to reflect the varying market conditions across different locations. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
