Job Description:  This is a fully remote position. New hires are required to complete a 90-day training program with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Attendance is mandatory throughout the training period, and employees must be present and actively participate each scheduled day. Time off, schedule modifications, or alternative training hours are not permitted during the 90-day training period!

As a Network Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the critical connection between our clients and the solutions they need. Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivlant.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer or client support. Preferred experience in the medical coding or insurance industry. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, production environment.
  • Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or medical office preferred, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate via phone and email.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively when communicating with all parties.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.50 - $23.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
