Job Description:
Workday Development:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Workday solutions across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
• Design and build scalable Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Develop custom solutions using Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.

• Design and implement:
  • Workday Studio Integrations
  • Core Connectors
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • PECI/PICOF Integrations
  • Cloud Connect Integrations
  • REST/SOAP API Integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Optimize existing integrations for performance, stability, and scalability.

• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Calculated Fields.
• Support business reporting and data analytics requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance.

• Configure and maintain role-based security models.
• Implement and support domain security policies.
• Perform security audits and access reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and project teams.
• Participate in solution design workshops and technical architecture discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Support estimation, planning, and delivery activities.

• Analyze incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Support Workday upgrades and feature adoption initiatives.
• Monitor integration performance and implement improvements.
• Drive continuous process and system optimization efforts.
