  • Partner closely with stakeholders to obtain missing information, correct order entry errors, or escalate technical/operational blockers.
  • Lead order recovery initiatives to minimize order cycle times and expedite movement into the active delivery pipeline.
  • Facilitate and track real-time order corrections and ensure complete resolution against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on rejected order volume, resolution rates, and key trends.
  • Identify systemic process gaps contributing to order errors and partner with internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for rejected order processes, developing and maintaining supporting documentation, guides, and training material.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, responsiveness, and operational excellence across order management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrate strong ownership of outcomes, and excel in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Strong background in order management, project coordination, or sales operations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, problem-solve cross-functionally, and drive action to resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to navigate difficult conversations and align stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, evolving environment.
