Job description

Description

CG Creative Studios is a creative communications and production agency specializing in corporate events, brand experiences, video, and creative content. We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to support a growing mix of video, design, and event-related creative work.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who knows how to take creative deliverables from brief through final delivery. You will work closely with our creative, account, and production teams to keep the work moving, the right resources engaged, schedules and budgets on track, and final deliverables polished and production-ready.

What You'll Own

  • Manage creative deliverables from kickoff through final delivery across video, motion graphics, design, digital, print and event assets
  • Build and manage project schedules, milestones, review rounds and approval paths
  • Coordinate creative resources including Creative Directors, Art Directors, designers, editors, motion designers, writers and external partners
  • Manage asset collection, creative handoffs, version control, reviews, approvals and final delivery
  • Manage video projects across editorial, motion graphics, review, approval and final delivery
  • Manage design production for digital, print and event applications
  • Track project budgets, hours and scope against approved plans
  • Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, dependencies and risks
  • Anticipate scheduling or production bottlenecks and raise them early
  • Partner with Creative leadership to maintain brand integrity, creative quality and consistency across deliverables
  • Keep project information, schedules and files organized and current

The Right Fit

You are a producer, not just a task manager. You understand enough about the creative process to ask the right questions, catch issues before they become problems, and help creative teams do their best work. You can move comfortably between a video edit, a motion package, a set of digital assets, event graphics, or a print deliverable and understand what it takes to get each across the finish line.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience producing creative work in an agency, production company, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing video and design production
  • Working knowledge of editorial and motion graphics workflows
  • Experience producing digital and print assets, with event or experiential production experience a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to identify what needs to happen next without waiting to be directed
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, creatives and production teams
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the larger project objective

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience producing event or experiential creative, including show graphics, signage, presentations or environmental assets
  • Experience with print and digital production, including final asset preparation and delivery
  • Experience managing designers, editors, motion designers, writers and freelance creative resources
  • Experience developing or supporting scopes, estimates and creative budgets
  • Experience working with Frame.io, Figma, Vimeo and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack and project management/resource tools
  • Background working with B2B or enterprise clients
  • Ability to understand creative intent and provide meaningful production guidance, not simply track tasks
Salary Description $60–$90/hour
