As a Bilingual Systems Analyst I, you will directly drive client success on the MyBenefits platform. Serving as the primary point of contact for technical and system inquiries, you will resolve complex issues, deliver efficient solutions, and champion exceptional client experiences. What You'll Do

Client & Technical Support

  • Manage a high-volume queue of client inquiries while meeting service level commitments.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application, system, and data-related issues.
  • Resolve Tier 1 support requests and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and chat to clarify issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support experience.

Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Support implementation, testing, onboarding, and go-live activities for new clients.
  • Utilize internal support tools, ticketing systems, and platform diagnostics to investigate issues.
  • Document solutions, processes, and knowledge articles to support operational excellence.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and platform performance.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiencies.


What You bring

Must-Haves:

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or operations
  • Bilingual (French/English) with strong cross‑cultural communication skills to support a diverse client base
  • Experience with ticketing systems and comfort managing high‑volume workloads
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to break down technical issues
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical language for non‑technical users
  • Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs, ask clarifying questions, and respond thoughtfully
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence, especially when supporting clients in sensitive or high‑stress situations
  • Ability to understand and adapt to different client perspectives, recognizing that each group may have unique needs and expectations
  • Consistency and composure during peak support periods
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems and continuously improve processes
     

Great-to-Haves:

  • Experience with benefits platforms or group benefits principles
  • SQL scripting or database experience
  • SaaS or software platform support background
  • Familiar with Tier 1/Tier 2 escalation structures

Ce que vous ferez


Soutien technique et accompagnement des clients

  • Gérer un volume élevé de demandes de soutien tout en respectant les ententes de niveaux de service (SLA).
  • Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes liés aux applications, aux systèmes et aux données.
  • Résoudre les demandes de soutien de niveau 1 et effectuer les escalades appropriées lorsque nécessaire.
  • Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone, courriel et clavardage afin de comprendre leurs besoins et de les accompagner vers une solution.
  • Offrir une expérience client professionnelle, proactive et axée sur l'empathie.

Exploitation de la plateforme et amélioration continue

  • Soutenir les activités d'intégration, de tests et de mise en production des nouveaux clients.
  • Utiliser les outils internes, les systèmes de billetterie et les outils diagnostiques pour enquêter sur les incidents.
  • Documenter les solutions, procédures et articles de connaissances afin de favoriser le partage d'expertise.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour identifier les problèmes récurrents et contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience client.
  • Participer à l'optimisation des processus et à l'amélioration continue des opérations.

Vous possédez

  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en soutien technique, en service à la clientèle ou en opérations.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) et fortes compétences en communication interculturelle pour soutenir une clientèle diversifiée.
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de billetterie et aisance à gérer une charge de travail à volume élevé.
  • Solides compétences en dépannage et en analyse, avec la capacité de décortiquer des problèmes techniques complexes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, y compris la capacité de vulgariser le langage technique pour des utilisateurs non techniques.
  • Sens de l'écoute active, capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients, à poser des questions de clarification et à répondre de manière attentionnée.
  • Haut niveau d'empathie et d'intelligence émotionnelle, particulièrement lors du soutien aux clients dans des situations délicates ou stressantes.
  • Capacité à comprendre et à s’adapter aux différentes perspectives des clients, en reconnaissant que chaque groupe peut avoir des besoins et des attentes uniques.
  • Fortes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Curiosité, adaptabilité et volonté d'apprendre de nouveaux systèmes et d'améliorer continuellement les processus.
     

Atouts :

  • Expérience avec les plateformes d'avantages sociaux ou les principes d'avantages sociaux collectifs.
  • Expérience avec les scripts SQL ou les bases de données.
  • Expérience en soutien de plateformes logicielles ou de solutions SaaS.
  • Connaissance des structures d'escalade de niveau 1 et de niveau 2.
