Selected professionals will reconstruct and improve technical presentation materials, translate complex software-engineering concepts into clear visual narratives, document system architectures, and refine technical content for accuracy and accessibility. Key Responsibilities
Technical Presentation Reconstruction
- Analyse and reconstruct software-engineering slides in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Improve layout, clarity, hierarchy, and visual consistency
- Preserve technical meaning while strengthening presentation quality
- Reorganise complex material into clearer executive-facing formats
- Apply professional presentation-design standards across technical content
Software Engineering & System Architecture
- Interpret and communicate modern software-engineering concepts
- Document system architectures in clear and structured formats
- Present components, dependencies, services, and technical relationships effectively
- Translate architecture decisions into understandable visual explanations
- Ensure technical representations remain accurate and internally consistent
Data Visualisation & Technical Storytelling
- Develop visualisations that support engineering and architecture narratives
- Convert technical data into accessible charts, diagrams, and presentation elements
- Improve visual storytelling across complex software topics
- Highlight important technical insights without unnecessary complexity
- Tailor presentation structure for both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical Documentation & Content Editing
- Edit technical content for accuracy, coherence, and readability
- Refine terminology, explanations, and supporting narrative
- Align documentation with software-engineering best practices
- Simplify complex concepts without sacrificing technical precision
- Produce concise written content appropriate for presentation and documentation workflows
Review, Quality & Collaboration
- Critically review technical materials for logic, clarity, and presentation effectiveness
- Identify weaknesses in narrative flow, visual design, or technical explanation
- Apply structured judgement when recommending improvements
- Collaborate asynchronously with project contributors and reviewers
- Deliver organised, high-quality materials suitable for AI training and evaluation workflows

Engagement Details
- Independent contractor engagement
- Remote — United States, United Kingdom, or Canada only
- Compensation: $150–$350/hour
- Work will involve PowerPoint reconstruction, software-engineering communication, system-architecture documentation, data visualisation, and technical content editing
- Assignments may include architecture overviews, engineering-process presentations, technical documentation, analytical slides, and related business-facing materials
- Strong software-engineering knowledge and technical communication skills are central to this engagement
- Contributors will be expected to maintain both technical accuracy and strong visual presentation quality
- Asynchronous collaboration and iterative feedback may be part of project delivery
