Your role as part of the team

As our new Senior Director, you will play a key role in establishing and maturing portfolio governance, project excellence, and enabling capabilities across the organization. This is a highly strategic role where you combine a broad enterprise perspective with a hands-on approach, helping drive meaningful change through collaboration, influence, and structured execution.

You will lead a team of 3-4 colleagues who are eager to learn and develop while building on existing ways of working. Success in this role requires the ability to listen, navigate established structures, and bring people along on a significant transformation journey.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

• • Drive portfolio management initiatives and establish governance frameworks that support strategic decision-making across functions and business units.
  • Lead the development of project excellence capabilities, enabling consistent ways of working and improved execution across the organization.
  • Support strategy formulation and transformation activities with an enterprise-wide perspective focused on sustainable growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as an enabling partner across the organization, influencing stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and driving progress through others.

Bring your expertise into play

To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:

• • Extensive consulting experience at Partner level or an equivalent senior leadership position.
  • Demonstrated experience working in large enterprise environments with portfolio management, governance, and cross-functional enablement responsibilities.
  • Strong strategic and operational capabilities, with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to influence and create results through others by listening, building relationships, and acting with determination.
  • Master's degree or higher in Strategy, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
