Organizational Change Manager II

CTG is seeking an Organizational Change Manager II to support a complex transformation initiative for our client. In this role, you’ll build and carry out change plans that help leaders, teams, and employees prepare for new ways of working and sustain adoption over time.

Duration: 6 months

What you’ll do

• Develop change management strategies and plans for medium to large initiatives across business, process, technology, and organizational change.
• Assess stakeholder impacts and readiness, identify resistance and risks, and recommend ways to address them.
• Partner with sponsors, senior leaders, project managers, and teams to strengthen engagement and adoption.
• Coordinate change communications with corporate and business unit communications teams.
• Work with Learning & Development partners on training needs, strategy, and resources.
• Track readiness, adoption, and change outcomes through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other feedback.
• Build transition and sustainability plans, and integrate change activities into project schedules and deliverables.
• Coach leaders and project teams on change leadership and effective change practices.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, project management, communications, or a related area.
• Experience with change strategy, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness, communications, training, and adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, planning, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting complex enterprise transformations and working with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with structured change management frameworks.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
• Prosci, CCMP, or another change management certification.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 - $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
