What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Agile Integrations to join our team! The Manager, Agile Integrations leads integration delivery and is accountable for performance of integration platforms, Agile execution, and team outcomes. The role directs integration development, manages staff, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to support reliable system integrations and delivery of enterprise technology solutions.

On a typical day, you might:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Integration Services function, including data integration development, implementation, and support activities.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Direct the delivery of enterprise integration solutions in alignment with organizational standards and Agile delivery practices.
• Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members, including supervision, performance evaluation, training, and hiring.
• Direct the planning and execution of integration projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies; OR
• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
