Banking Operations Officer

Job Description

What is the opportunity?
The Toronto Liability Advance Team is recruiting an Operations Officer.  In this role you will be responsible for using various RBC systems to enter data, enable Clients to receive funding on RBC products and process maintenances for clients' loan and products.

What will you do?

• Process moderately simple to complex client transactions.
• Ensure documents are examined for completeness and accuracy
• Expect to process work volumes as measured through established service quality standards
• Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Available 12PM - 8PM EST Monday to Friday
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast pace, high volume environment and showing flexibility when need arises
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
• Proficient in relevant computer applications i.e. MS Office/Internet
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a continuous learning environment

Nice to have

• Business Lending Operations Experience
• Experience working under high pressure environments
• Adept at multitasking
