About the role
You'll own quality across our mobile apps, web applications and backend services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). You'll work directly with engineers and product managers to ship features that businesses depend on to run their operations every day.
What you'll do

• Work directly with Developers and Product Managers across the release cycle, testing features before they reach customers making real financial decisions.

• Test the business mobile app and its underlying APIs, catching issues across browsers, devices, and environments.

• Write and maintain detailed test cases, and help the team lay the groundwork for automated testing.

What you'll own

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for the business mobile app.

• Run end-to-end and regression testing across releases and product updates.

• Test APIs directly (e.g. via Postman) and validate behavior beyond the UI.

• Debug issues using browser DevTools and communicate findings clearly to developers.

• Cover testing across browsers and devices to catch environment-specific bugs.

• Contribute to integrating tests into CI/CD workflows as the team builds toward automation.

What makes you a strong fit

• 3+ years of experience in web application testing, with real depth in web.

• Strong manual testing foundation, including writing detailed test cases.

• Confident with basic scripting in any language, with a genuine interest in growing into automation.

• Hands-on API testing experience (e.g. Postman).

• Confident with browser DevTools and debugging.

• Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing, and integrating tests into CI/CD workflows.
