Recruiting Manager, IT & Non-Clinical

The Recruiting Manager, IT & Non-Clinical, will provide strategic leadership for the national non-clinical staffing recruitment division, with a primary focus on IT staffing. This role will lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while establishing recruiting strategy, performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards. The leader will also oversee recruitment efforts across marketing, finance, and other professional disciplines, partnering closely with sales and account management to deliver qualified talent, improve fill rates, and support continued growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic leadership for the national non-clinical recruitment division, with a primary focus on expanding and optimizing IT staffing while driving recruitment strategy, performance, and execution across all non-clinical specialties
• Lead and develop a team of nonclinical recruiters, primarily focused on IT staffing while overseeing recruitment efforts across marketing, finance, and other professional disciplines
• Establish recruiting goals, KPIs, productivity standards, and performance expectations
• Hold recruiters accountable for candidate activity, qualified submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and overall production
• Train recruiters on sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, technical skill assessment, and closing
• Partner with sales and account management to understand client needs and prioritize open staffing requirements
• Monitor recruiting pipelines and metrics to identify obstacles, improve results, and ensure timely candidate delivery
• Support recruiters with difficult searches, client requirements, candidate concerns, and offer negotiations
• Build consistent recruiting processes that improve speed, candidate quality, fill rates, and client satisfaction
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, performance reviews, and development planning

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or technical staffing recruitment is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or managing IT staffing recruiters required
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct-hire IT positions
• Demonstrated experience managing recruiter performance and production metrics
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting and the IT staffing market
• Proven experience coaching, training, and developing recruiters
• Experience partnering with sales and account management teams in a staffing environment
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $150,000.  

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
