What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of filming, photography, special events, and brand activations on TTC property.
  • Act as the primary contact for production companies, agencies, and partners, guiding projects from initial inquiry through execution and billing.
  • Evaluate commercial opportunities, assess feasibility, identify risks, and provide recommendations that balance revenue generation, operational requirements, safety, and customer experience.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and manage contracts, permits, and agreements for filming, photography, events, and activations.
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, approvals, risk assessments, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across TTC divisions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support non-fare revenue growth by identifying commercialization opportunities, recommending pricing strategies, and contributing to business case development.
  • Monitor project and revenue performance, support invoicing and reconciliation activities, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and continuously improve processes, tools, templates, and procedures that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Represent the TTC professionally while ensuring initiatives align with brand standards, operational requirements, and accessibility obligations.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

  • Post-secondary education in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Film, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the film, television, photography, events, entertainment, marketing, or partnership sectors.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong contract administration, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience assessing commercial opportunities and contributing to revenue growth and business case development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience developing and improving business processes and procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • A valid, non-probationary Ontario Class G driver's licence in good standing. A licence in good standing is defined as a driver's abstract free of convictions, demerit points, suspensions, collisions, and reportable accidents.
  • Experience in film, television, or media production.
  • Experience delivering brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, or special events.
  • Experience in public sector, transit, infrastructure, or regulated environments is a strong asset.
