Project Manager - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager with Integration and Transformation project experience- Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month contract for hire opportunity. 

Compensation: $55- 60.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This individual will be responsible for coordinating project activities, driving execution, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring multiple concurrent initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive project manager who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced setting and can effectively manage competing priorities within a large enterprise organization.
Will be managing Integration and transformation projects within the IT Health plan organization.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective communication among team members, leadership, and key stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks
• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies as needed
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting

Primary Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, including SDLC projects
• Experience within a large enterprise organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Desired Skills:

• Experience within healthcare, health insurance, payer (or similar organizations)
• Previous experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
• PMP, SAFE, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus
