Job description

Web Platform Development
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain web applications, SaaS platforms, and application submission workflows.
  • Analyze requirements, participate in technical design, prepare estimates, and recommend solutions aligned with architecture and development standards.
  • Coordinate release preparation, implementation, validation, and stakeholder
  • Create page layouts, mockups, and user interfaces that provide clear, consistent, and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Troubleshoot content, publishing, layout, and platform configuration issues with business and technical teams.
Analytics, Reporting G Optimization
  • Analyze platform and content performance through KPI reports, dashboards, and
  • Support reporting and data-management activities using Excel, SQL, and related
  • Apply content-quality and usability practices to improve user experience and

Release Deployment & Hypercare Support
  • Support production deployments, post-release validation, and hypercare
  • Troubleshoot defects, incidents, and integration issues; coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain deployment procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge-transfer
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related
  • 3+ years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing web applications, including SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, content management systems, application configuration, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data management, integrations, release deployment, and production
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business users, project teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

A Plus
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated
  • Experience with low-code/no-code, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as FireLight, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with digital-product configuration, business rules, catalogs, APIs, web services, ETL, or file-based interfaces.
