Job description

About Lovesac

We are a young-at-heart, fast-growing furniture company, dedicated to helping people fill their homes with Total Comfort™. We do this by designing and innovating furniture solutions that are adaptable, washable, expandable, and delivered right-to-your-door-able, allowing our customers to live the life they want to live.

Our Designed for Life mission started with Sacs, a seat so much better than your classic beanbag made with repurposed Durafoam and designed to reduce environmental impact while providing unimaginable, cloud-like comfort. From there, we expanded the possibility for sustainable furniture with Sactionals, a customizable modular sectional that can be endlessly rearranged to evolve with you. Our product line has grown a lot since our Sacs days, but our goal will always remain the same – to create truly adaptable, comfortable furniture that can be with you for life.

About our Culture

At Lovesac, we strive to be an employer of choice by embodying a culture that encourages team members to think and dream big. We call this Top Ambition. We aim to not only excel within our industry but also make a meaningful impact on the world. Above all else, we’re driven by love (because it matters) and are dedicated to promoting love and happiness in all aspects of our work. It’s about success, of course, but it’s also about making a positive impact on everyone our business touches.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Partnerships is a strategic, connected to culture, relationship-driven marketing leader responsible for developing and activating high-impact partnerships that strengthen brand relevance, deepen customer engagement, drive earned coverage and business growth. This role will identify and cultivate partnerships across entertainment, lifestyle, design, culture, creators, events, and complementary brands that bring the brand to life in meaningful and differentiated ways.

This leader will develop partnership strategies from concept through execution, ensuring each opportunity aligns with our brand, customer, and business objectives. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, PR & Communications, Social, Influencer, Creative, Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams to create integrated experiences across physical and digital channels.

The ideal candidate is highly connected, product-obsessed, commercially minded, creatively curious, and passionate about culture and experiences. They know how to turn relationships into compelling brand platforms and can balance big ideas with strong execution, measurement, and business impact.

This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT.

Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships roadmap across lifestyle, entertainment, design, culture, creators, events, and complementary brands that ladder back to Here For Life.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, talent, properties, and partnership opportunities that align with the brand and target customer.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, talent, agencies, brands, properties, venues, and industry stakeholders from partner pitch through contract negotiation to execution.
  • Lead partnership development from insight to ideation and negotiation through activation, execution, and post-event analysis.

  • Partner with the Integrated and Lifestyle teams to develop brand-enhancing partnerships and collaborations at the right time to drive the business.
  • Develop integrated partnership programs that come to life across retail stores, e-commerce, social, PR, influencer, CRM, content, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnership activations are strategically aligned, creatively compelling, operationally executable, and financially responsible.
  • Lead agency and external partner relationships, providing clear direction, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Manage partnership budgets, contracts, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring strong return on investment.
  • Sit at the center of a newly developed partnership and quick to market process within the organization to drive cross functional collaboration across design, supply chain, sourcing and product development.
