Experience Required

• Strong experience in architecting large-scale data integration platforms using PySpark and Delta Lake.
  
• Experience leading end-to-end integration architecture for Supply Chain Planning implementations.
  
• Experience mentoring development teams and driving technical governance.
  
• Experience working in global delivery environments with multiple stakeholders.
  

Location

Remote (must be flexible to travel to Bangalore whenever required).

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall integration architecture for o9 Solutions implementations.
  
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using the o9 INT3.0 Integration Framework.
  
• Architect enterprise-wide data integration solutions leveraging PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
  
• Design inbound and outbound integrations between ERP, APS, SCM, CRM, WMS, Data Lakes, and o9.
  
• Define enterprise ETL/ELT architecture, data ingestion frameworks, and transformation strategies.
  
• Establish integration standards, reusable components, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  
• Design data models, data flow architecture, and integration patterns for high-volume data processing.
  
• Optimize Delta Lake implementations including partitioning, clustering, optimization, and data versioning.
  
• Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, deployment, and production support.
  
• Review solution designs, code, and integration pipelines to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  
• Collaborate with business, functional consultants, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to define integration roadmaps.
  
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and design reviews with clients.
  
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  
• Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, and data quality issues.
  
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and production deployments.
  
• Mentor integration consultants and development teams on architecture and implementation best practices.
  
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enterprise integration platforms.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with the o9 INT3.0 Integration Framework and architecture.
  
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
  
• Advanced proficiency in PySpark for large-scale distributed data processing.
  
• Deep understanding of Delta Lake architecture, Delta Tables, optimization techniques, partitioning, Z-ordering, and time travel.
  
• Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills.
  
• Strong experience designing ETL/ELT frameworks and scalable data pipelines.
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Lakehouse architecture.
  
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and modern analytics platforms.
  
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, messaging frameworks, and event-driven architecture.
  
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Planning.
  
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Snowflake, Azure, or similar platforms with o9.
  
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, monitoring, data governance, and security best practices.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting design reviews, and mentoring developers.
