 Role : Master Data Specialist

Exp Range: 8 to 11 years

Work Location : Remote

Notice : Immediate to 15 Days

Background

The Master Data team is currently managing a growing volume of requests related to item master setup, data maintenance, validation, and cross-system data management. In parallel, we are working to improve data quality, governance processes, and standardization across our business systems.

We are looking for resources who can quickly become operational, support backlog reduction, and contribute to improving the overall quality and consistency of our master data.

Scope of Assignment

• Approximately 2 full-time resources
• Duration: 4–6 months
• Desired start: within 30 days
• Remote/offshore delivery preferred
• Ability to provide overlapping working hours with both Europe and North America

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations preferred)
• Strong experience in:
• Item Master setup and maintenance
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data governance and data quality processes
• ERP data validation and cleansing
• Experience comparing, validating, and reconciling data between multiple business systems
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently following onboarding and training
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Assignment Objectives

The selected resources will support our internal Master Data team by:

• Reducing an existing backlog of master data requests
• Creating, updating, and maintaining item master data in Dynamics 365
• Performing data validation, cleansing, and quality improvement activities
• Supporting reconciliation and consistency checks between Dynamics 365 and related systems
• Following established processes and work instructions
• Supporting standardization of templates, workflows, and data management practices
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through tooling, automation, and process improvements

We are looking for a flexible, short-term engagement and are not seeking a long-term outsourcing arrangement.
